Fx Audio tools include an audio file converter that supports most
common audio and video sound types such as variable bit rate MP2 and
MP3 files. Other tools include a CD Audio ripper, a sound recorder,
an audio file player an audio file transformer, a joiner and a
splitter. Utilities include additional tools for mixing two files,
converting to mono, converting to stereo and a dual file player to
play two files at the same time.
Fx Audio Tools uses a Multi Document Interface which looks like a blank window
with a tool bar at the top when it starts.
The tools then open inside the main MDI window so they can be manipulated
individually or in concert. When the MDI is resized smaller, scroll bars permit
movement between the tools. When the MDI is minimized all the tools are
collapsed within the main window.
