animated GIF files to movies.
Saving as AVI using a VFW codec will frame images within the specified
size. Note that some MPEG-4 codecs require that the image size matches
the output movie size. This is a better solution when your source files
are not 1.33:1 width to height.
Saving as MPEG will stretch all images to match the specified movie
size. This is a better solution when your source files are 1.33:1 width
to height.
